Who we are

This website, mojoo.co.uk, is run by Mojoo Limited, a PC and laptop repair and IT support business registered in England and based in West Bromwich. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about anything in this policy by email at info@mojoo.co.uk, by phone on 07958 468 173, or by post at 4 Atlas Grove, West Bromwich, B70 9EB.

What we collect and why

We do not sell your information, and we never use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the business, and only what they need: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, our payment provider, courier companies when you post a device to us or we return it, our accountant and other professional advisers, Tawk.to (live chat), and, where you have agreed to cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of these companies may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use the legal safeguards required by UK data protection law. We will also share information if the law requires us to.

Keeping it safe

Customer records and devices are kept secure, and only people who need your information to do the job can see it.

How long we keep it

Contact us using the details above and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
