Game crashes, BSOD errors, and stuttering are frequently caused by conflicting GPU drivers, Windows Update conflicts, or corrupted DirectX and Visual C++ libraries rather than hardware failure. We perform a clean driver install (DDU method), verify DirectX and runtime libraries, and test stability before returning your system.
RAM compatibility and XMP/EXPO issues
Gaming rigs often run RAM at speeds above the JEDEC standard using XMP or EXPO profiles. Incorrect settings, incompatible kits, or a bad memory slot can cause instability in games even when Windows appears stable. We run Memtest86 extended tests, check BIOS memory settings, and reseat or replace RAM where necessary.
