📦 Refund and Returns Policy for Mojoo Limited

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days for change-of-mind and 30 days for faulty goods, in line with UK Consumer Rights. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically offer a repair or replacement under warranty rather than a full refund.


1. Returns Conditions (Change of Mind)

To be eligible for a return because you changed your mind, the laptop must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact (where applicable).
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and power cables.

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Laptops where the pre-installed OS has been modified or replaced (e.g., Linux installed over Windows).
  • Custom-configured laptops (Built-to-order).

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your laptop arrives damaged or develops a hardware fault:

  • Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
  • After 30 Days: The item will be processed under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement.
  • Note: We do not cover accidental damage (e.g., liquid spills or cracked screens caused by the user).

3. The Return Process

  1. Request an RMA: Email us at info@mojool.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the laptop is packed securely. We recommend using the original outer shipping box.
  3. Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for shipping costs. For faulty items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Tracking: Since laptops are high-value, you must use a trackable shipping service with insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to deduct a fee (up to 20%) if the laptop is returned with missing accessories or signs of use.

5. Warranty

All laptops sold by Mojoo Limited come with a 1-year or 2-year manufacturer warranty. After our initial 30-day return window, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for technical support and repairs.
