How our UK-wide mail-in repair works

Step 2 — Send your device. Once you confirm, we’ll arrange a tracked and insured courier collection, or you can post the device to us yourself. We accept laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, mini PCs and external drives.
Step 3 — We repair, test and report. Your device is fully diagnosed in our West Bromwich workshop. We carry out the agreed repair, stress-test it under load, and send you a written report and photos so you can see exactly what was done.
